Return Policy

At Terra Pack PNW, we want you to be happy with your Terra Pack Bags. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns.
 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The bag must be in the same condition you received it, unused and unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

     

To start a return, contact us at sales@xdmindustries.com. We'll provide you with the address to send your return to. 
 

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your Terra Pack Bags upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new bag is to return your original item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
